        On September 11, 2001 our lives changed forever when our country was attacked by terrorists. On October 26, 2001 in an effort to protect you and our country, President Bush signed the USA Patriot Act law. On April 30th, 2003 the final regulations were released and all financial institutions must be in full compliance by October 1st, 2003. 

One section of USA Patriot Act states that we must:
* Verify the identify of any person seeking to open an account.
* Maintain records of the information used to verify the person’s  identify including name, address and other identifying means.
* Obtain information on the source of the funds and the nature of  the business.

Vertical Integration Group is committed to complying with the spirit and intent of the law by obtaining picture identification upon opening an account with our firm as well as requesting and verifying any other information as required by the USA Patriot Act. Protection of our customer’s identify and confidentiality is the Vertical Integration Group’s pledge to you. The purchase of precious metals is not suitable for all individuals because of the risk involved and the long-term nature of the purchase. Completion of all of the information requested is necessary in order to determine if Precious Metals are a suitable Investment for you.
